I am Chifuniro Banda, an Agriculture Specialist passionate about transforming farming in Malawi and Africa. As the co-founder of Intando FarmCycle, I focus on integrated farming systems that combine livestock, crops, and renewable energy to create sustainable solutions for farmers, students, and communities.

From Village Roots to Farming Visionary

Raised in T/A Khongoni, Lilongwe, I grew up witnessing both the challenges and opportunities in farming. My journey began with small-scale livestock and crop farming, and today I manage a farm that integrates:

• Poultry (layers, broilers, chicks)

• Piggery (commercial pig production)

• Goats & sheep

• Biogas systems for clean energy

• Organic fertilizer production

This journey shaped my vision: to make farming innovative, sustainable, and profitable for the next generation.
